TAYLOR’D TO YOU POLICIES I ask you bring no extra guests or children to appointment so I’m able to give you the best possible service. Please arrive on time. Park on the right side of the driveway and TEXT me upon arrival. Wait for my response before coming in. Arrive with CLEAN lashes. Lash extensions are a luxury service and arriving with dirty lashes (mascara, dirt, oil, build up, etc.) will result in lash bath fee. Use the restroom BEFORE I start lashing. Using the restroom mid appointment will only cause you to lose time with me lashing. NO PHONES. Phones can be very distracting to my work & I cannot do my job if your eyes are open. Please silence your phone before laying down. Avoid caffeine before appointment. Caffeine causes the eyes to be jittery and could cause them to water.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I understand emergencies arise, however 24 hours advance notice is required to avoid potential cancellation fee(s). If you are 15+ min late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to rebook. NO call/ NO shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and banned from booking with me in the future. Cancelling or rescheduling appointment in less than 24 hours of appointment and/or day of will result in a 30% service fee. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS given. Understand that you are paying for both my time, products, & service(s). If you are unhappy with any aspect of your lashes, please let me know immediately so I can resolve the issue. If you are experiencing any problems post appointment, I ask you please notify me within 48 hours to receive a complimentary touch up.
